Get fitter, feel better


 
This action has been done 17,244 times which means 17,244 brains have been pumped with dopamine, glutamate, norepinephrine, and serotonin, so they're happy and on the ball.
 
 

Doctors suggest we do a little bit of exercise everyday. Try walking up a couple of flights of stairs. Or up escalators. Although, if you are chubby, you're going to sweat a lot. Which will draw attention to the very thing you are trying to deal with. So much for doctors.

But try walking as much as you can. If that's only from the dessert trolley to the cheese board and back again - well that's a starter. Well, no it isn't - it's a pudding. But you get the idea.

    i am fitter

    i always feel better when i walk or run because it's healthier for my body,mind & soul
    moreover i don't like to take the alevator ,instead i take the stairs even if it is 8 floor lol
    i got my m'om to do it ,she likes to walk every day :)

    Long Walk

    It hurts!
