fabulous_poster_poster_350Ooh la la!

Estimates on the number of adverts we see everyday vary between 247 and 5000, but suffice to say it's an awful lot. So why not create something worthwhile to look at.

But don't be dull. Make sure your poster is the sort of thing people would choose to stick up on their bedroom walls. You can't help but stare at these.

So go on, get out your crayons or your Abode CS4 and make something that will inspire loads of people to do lots of good things.

Here are our 5 tips:

1: Keep it simple It's tempting to include lots of things but pick one single message

2: Pick what media you want to use - could be paint, pencil, photos, collage, potato printing, stuck on objects, spray paint, computer graphics, anything you want.

3: Draw a PENCIL sketch before you start - that way it's easy to make changes

4: Prioritise. Make the most important point most prominent, so people look at that first, less important details less visible

5: Avoid too many clashing styles: a mix of too many fonts and colours can look a mess. Keep it simple.

If you want to use the We Are What We Do logo look to the right.

When you're done, make sure you upload you posters onto our site for all to admire.
